Fathom allows me to grow my business my way - which means I have the ability to tailor the experience to my clients' needs, instead of sticking to a franchise script or a cookie-cutter one-size-fits-all approach.

As a cloud-based, technology driven company, I have a digital suite of tools and systems which streamline the real estate process for my clients and ensure compliance for each transaction.


Every transaction in Real Estate is different; the property, the terms, the needs of the buyers and sellers, the personalities of the Agents. I don’t operate under any assumptions or pre-conceived notions of how things will go. Instead, I perform my due diligence and adapt to each situation with my client’s goals top-of-mind. For these reasons, getting familiar with my clients and understanding what they value and want to achieve is integral to my success as a Realtor.


I am a Marketing expert with a deep understanding of the best means of reaching the most buyers in our market and engaging them to take action.

As a Marketing and Business Development veteran, I am an effective communicator and sound negotiator. My strength lies in my ability to pivot and offer alternatives which can positively influence and impact a timely and sensitive situation. I serve my clients by being authentic, fluid and transparent – I don’t do “pushy sales”.

  • I have lived in the Short North, Bexley, Olde Town East, Gahanna, New Albany and now Westerville. I am native to the Columbus area, so I am very familiar with the communities which make up this wonderfully diverse city. Forging rich connections with community members and local businesses, I am always in the know when it comes to neighborhood trends, amenities and opportunities.
  • I don’t prescribe to old-school real estate techniques. In fact, I take an innovative approach to meet the needs of the clients I serve through changing (and sometimes challenging) times.
  • I am educated in a range of aspects of real estate, including the legalese, marketing, home improvement, interior design and local building codes. In fact, my husband is a general contractor and owner of McKenzie Home Services, and we often partner up to support our clients - think of us as your one-stop resource to residential homes!
